dérive 0.3.5 HALFWAY HOUSE
- ports repo now lives outside the rootfs, 'detour s' to sync
- detour learns deps, lockfiles and uninstall cleanup
- curl + ca-certs ship in the rootfs, so git over https works
- /usr is an actual tree now (not a self-symlink)
